Smoke rises over Gaza City
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleA massive plume of gray smoke is rising over Gaza City, pictures and broadcasts from the Strip show.
The fire is rising from the Shejaiya neighborhood in the east of the city, reportedly the scene of heavy fighting overnight and into the morning.
Palestinian and international sources report 40 killed in the neighborhood, and thousands fleeing for safer ground.
