The UAE and Russia have called for an emergency UN Security Council meeting on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict tomorrow following the blast on a hospital in Gaza City, which is believed to have killed hundreds of Palestinians, a spokesperson for the UAE’s UN mission says.

The IDF has said that Palestinian Islamic Jihad was responsible for firing an errant rocket that struck the hospital, while Hamas has blamed Israel.
