The IDF says troops shot and killed a Palestinian who tried to hurl an explosive device at Israeli forces in the West Bank last night.

According to the military, during a raid in the village of Beit Furik, east of Nablus, troops of the Samaria Regional Brigade identified two Palestinians approaching them while brandishing explosives.

“The troops opened fire at the terrorists to remove the threat,” the military says, adding that the soldiers “killed one terrorist and neutralized the other terrorist.”
