Palestinian Authority: 17-year-old succumbs to IDF gunshot wounds
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleA 17-year-old Palestinian who was seriously injured by IDF gunfire in the northern West Bank yesterday succumbed to his wounds overnight, the Palestinian Authority’s health ministry says.
He is identified as Muhammad Hanini. Hanini died at Nablus’s Rafidia Surgical Hospital, where his funeral procession left from today, according to footage published by Palestinian media.
Hanini was originally identified as a 20-year-old in a Red Crescent statement that said he was shot in the head while another 16-year-old was shot in the leg.

According to Palestinian media, the two were shot amid IDF operations in Beit Furik, east of Nablus, that followed a clash between locals and settlers, during which troops opened fire at a car, injuring a 14-year-old.
The IDF has not commented on the incident.
