PM in missive to troops: ‘Our dear heroes, I am confident in our complete victory’

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu sends a public missive to IDF soldiers and commanders, saying the current war against the Hamas terror group is “another chapter” in the Jewish people’s “intergenerational story of national resilience.”

“Remember What Amalek Did to You,” Netanyahu quotes a biblical verse referencing enemies of the Jewish nation who must be vanquished.

“This is a fight between light and darkness,” the premier writes. “We will not let go of our mission until light conquers darkness, and good defeats the extreme evil threatening us and the entire world.

“When I send you to a mission, our dear heroes, I am confident in our complete victory over our enemies. I trust you, am proud of you and love you.”
