Dozens rioting in Jerusalem’s Arab neighborhoods
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleIn two Arab neighborhoods in Jerusalem, Palestinian rioters are attacking police lines with stones and Molotov cocktails.
In Isawiya, a group of young men is throwing stones and firebombs. In A-Tur, several dozen rioters, all with their faces covered, are lobbing stones at riot police.
In both neighborhoods, police are responding with crowd-control weapons. There are no reports of injuries in either location.
Meanwhile, firefighters are battling a small forest fire on Mount Scopus, in northern Jerusalem, which was apparently caused by an errant firebomb.
