Israel stages heavy air strikes in Gaza as rockets fly
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe Israeli Air Force is staging heavy air strikes in the Gaza Strip, as terrorists fired a heavy barrage of rockets at the greater Tel Aviv area.
At 20:00 pm local time, Hamas warned that its projectiles would challenge the Iron Dome system at 21:00 pm.
The first rocket came in at 21:07 pm.
Iron Dome “is very robust,” says the project’s manager Danny Gold, in a telephone conversation with Channel 2.
“I think all of Israel’s citizens are grateful to you right now,” says TV anchor Dana Weiss.
