Hours after Iran said it responded through Pakistani mediators to the latest US proposals to reach a ceasefire and nuclear deal, US President Donald Trump accuses Tehran of “playing games” in negotiations with the US for decades, warning it “will be laughing no longer.”
U.S. President Donald Trump:
"Iran has been playing games with the United States, and the rest of the World, for 47 years (DELAY, DELAY, DELAY!), and then finally hit “pay dirt” when Barack Hussein Obama became President. He was not only good to them, he was great, actually… pic.twitter.com/oIUCFgZYLf

“Iran has been playing games with the United States, and the rest of the World, for 47 years,” writes Trump, before criticizing the Iran policies of former US presidents Barack Obama and Joe Biden.
“They will be laughing no longer!” Trump adds, signaling dissatisfaction with Tehran’s response in the talks, which have been unfruitful for weeks.
The US has not officially acknowledged Tehran’s response to its proposal.
