Tel Aviv’s Huldai worried over low turnout

Tel Aviv Mayor Ron Huldai is reportedly worried that the low turnout in his city — some 21%, as of 7 p.m. — could hurt his chances of reelection against Nitzan Horowitz.

Huldai has held the city since 1998.
