Ministers approve virus czar’s ‘traffic light’ plan to combat pandemic

The so-called coronavirus cabinet unanimously approves virus czar Ronni Gamzu’s “traffic light” plan for dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, according to Hebrew media reports.

The plan is meant to differentiate between areas with different infection levels, with “red” localities subject to the strictest restrictions and “green” ones having much looser rules.

The approval of the plan comes after a vote on it was delayed several times.
