We are not close to a ceasefire– Akunis
Deputy Minister Ofir Akunis (Likud) says that “we are not close to a ceasefire.”
Speaking to Channel 2, Akunis emphasizes that the conflict in Gaza is a war, not a more limited operation.
As deputy minister in the Prime Minister’s Office, Akunis serves as the liaison between the government and the Knesset.
