Likud minister mocks EU diplomat's tears

Israel’s science and technology minister trashes EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini for crying at a press conference in Jordan on Tuesday after getting word of the deadly attacks in Brussels.

According to a Knesset Channel reporter, Likud minister Ofir Akunis says that “a leader doesn’t break into tears in front of the cameras. Imagine if [former UK prime minister Margaret] Thatcher or [former Israeli prime minister] Golda Meir had done so.”
